How assertive am I?
Sometimes I can be aggressive depending on how much effort people are putting in or if they give up. But most of the time I'm assertive and speaking my mind but not in a aggressive way. I stay calm and keep eye contact so they know I'm speaking to them. I respect peoples feelings and their rights so they don't feel stink.
